Description
This is a Panasonic DX1000 vintage Japanese hand made road touring/racing bicycle, that is in nice, lightly used, and good operating condition. It has a 12 speed Shimano drive train, with Shimano aluminum alloy cranks. The bike is equipped with Dia-compe side pull brakes. The wheels are Araya aluminum alloy, fitted with 700 x 25c high pressure road tires. The saddle is a Panasonic touring comfort type. The Tange cromoly double butted frame measures 45 cm (18 inches) from the center of the cranks to the top of the seat tube, 21 inches from the center of the seat tube to the center of the head tube, and the stand over height is 29.5 inches. It would be a good fit for riders in the 4' 10'' - 5' 4'' range. The bike is in good operating condition mechanically, but has minor cosmetic issues from normal use, like chips and scuffs, and there is a few small tears in the seat.
