Vintage Jim Blackburn Seat Stay Mount Rack For Larger Frames. Mid 1970’s version, I think the model is SS2. I am the original owner. Fits larger frames, it was on a 60cm touring road bike. Used mostly for commuting and light touring. Right side middle stay has wear and abrasion from pannier. Has a rear reflector. I am including 2 seat stay clamps for mounting. (9/16 size).
