Midi Controller 3 Axis Joystick with micro USB 2.0 interface and 1 button controller plus 3 foot USB cable.
The Top Hat Model features a wider brim for added stability plus screw holes if you need to secure it to something.
Tested and works on USB 2.0 and above Windows and Apple machines and devices. Devices must be able to supply enough power or you will need to use a powered USB hub. The hub is mostly needed for portable devices like iPads.
This is a custom made controller with a 3D printed body painted with a faux stone paint treatment. Each one has a unique finish.
The electronics are built on a Sparkfun Pro Micro USB 2.0 controller. When plugged in it will be seen as a SparkFun Pro Micro. It will load as a MIDI Controller. No extra drivers needed.
Custom programming lets you change from a pitch bend / modulation control to a vector control all in one joystick at the touch of a button. Normal operation in PB/Mod then push top button to control vector controls, or any programmed CC controls, and when the button is released the vector controls will stay in place. You could also program it without PB/Mod and have 2 banks of any CC controls for a total of 6 controls.
Standard Joystick operation PLUS a third twisting control. ( This is a center return joystick )
Axes, MIDI channel and button can be custom programmed before shipping.
Joystick Normal mode:
Pitch Bend, Modulation and Pan.
Joystick alternate mode:
CC 16, 17 and 18.
Push Button: Mode Switch
MIDI channel 1
Can be custom programmed to any combinations of controls needs before shipping. Great for lighting and video control also.
