    1968 Burundi issue a souvenir sheet containing 2 stamps, for the International Letter Writing Week, showing paintings by Vigee- Lebrun and Liotard. See Foot Note under Scott C87. We offer the perforate and the IMPERFORATE souvenir sheets, as per scan. While the sheets are Mint, Never Hinged, the IMPERFORATE show a vertical faint paper bent seen from the back.
