    Description

    Vintage 1890's Ruffled Hem Skirt Blue Stripes on White
    This is an early Victorian era ruffled hem skirt.  It was shortened with a pleat at the bottom that is hand stitched and could easily be taken out.
    There were some changes made to the opening in the back.
    The waist is tiny at 20".
    I don't see any stains.
