The leather is in overall good condition.. it may need some polishing. There is one worn spot on the back, but hardly noticeable.
Zips and hook and eye closure.
Has 2 belt loops

Waist: 27.5”-28” pulled taught
Hips: 36”-38”
Length: 15” without fringe,
18” with fringe
No tags on this one but it was from a lot of clothing from the 60s
