Antique Victorian 1800's Wire Hoop Crinoline Cage Skirt. Six Wide cotton/Linen strips for structure. Twenty wires  covered in cotton. Original buckle. Please see all photos for details.

Circumference of hem: 88"
All measurements are approx.
Remains in very good age appropriate condition. Some imperfections throughout, the covering of the wire has discoloration and loss of covered cotton, mainly at the bottom. Last hoop has come away from the cotton tapes in two areas see last photos, cotton/linen strips are good with some damages see last photo, please see all photos for details.
