    Description

    Wonderful condition Hammer Stahl 5.5" Granton edge Santoku as pictured. This knife appears to be unused but I purchased it second hand and do not know it's history, that is why it's listed as used. Box has very minor wear.
    These knives are some of the top knives in the world made from high quality German stainless very similar to that used by Wusthof and Zwilling J A Henkels. The handle inserts are a polymer injected wood hand fitted to each knife. (I own a full set of these knives and absolutely love them in every way).
